Our Story
Welcome to Live the Story Studios! I am Lynn Darling, owner, of this new and unique business. My husband Neil and I will be married for 45 years as of July 6, 2024. We are a team!
We have 8 grown children whom we homeschooled for 27 years total. Fourteen grandchildren help us stay young, as we do our grandparents' part to 'train them in the way they should go."
Our assignment from God is to help you, especially those of you raising children, to know God and His Word and invite Him to breathe it to life in you, as He does for us. In addition, we are here for anyone with children in their lives. Are you a teacher? An aunt or uncle? A grandparent? A neighbor to children? Really, if you're a teachable child between 0 and 110 years of age, we're here for you!
If you seek mentors whom God has taught much throughout our journey together, we would consider it a privilege to come alongside you.

Why the name,
"Live the Story Studios"?
A studio is a place where an artist creates enrapturing music, captivating scenes, stories that fill the soul with purpose, and an opportunity for a glimpse of God. It is a place of exploration, action, and creative expression that invites others to share in those very experiences and be inspired themselves to create! God’s storybook, the Bible, is His life-giving gift to every person, chronicling our world’s history from His creation of it.
He has lovingly created each of us to take part in His story, inviting us to play the part He desires us to fill, should we choose to. His story is meant to be lived to the fullest! Live the Story Studios is a place, not necessarily a specific space, where we all can creatively explore and act on God’s Word, that each of us might become living expressions of His beautiful nature in us.

We are creating resources such as courses and books for you that will encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being based on God’s Word. Jesus said, “If you would remain in My word, you are truly My disciples and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” (The One New Man Bible)
We will be creating interactive workshops with storybooks and craft kits to come alongside you as you lead the children in your life to read and apply God’s truth in your everyday lives.
Live the Story Studios will additionally provide me and others with an outlet for our creative expressions. I invite you to explore and enjoy our handiworks and share them with others.

Live the Story Studios is a newborn business. It’s been a long time developing. It is a living, growing business, since it is about living people, you and me, and a living God! “Ready” is a myth, so here it goes! We will not despise humble beginnings. We are looking forward to earning your trust, as we create new products and workshops over time based on your felt needs and God’s guidance.
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1) The beginning is the very best place to start a story adventure. And to start it with God will make all the difference in the world! May we grow together in community as we grow closer and closer to our beautiful God and Savior, Jesus Christ!
